Our wedding packages include exclusive venue hire, ceremony and reception spaces, tables, chairs, white linens, in-house catering with customizable menus, professional service staff, setup and cleanup, parking facilities, and complimentary Bridal Suite access. We also offer add-on services like floral arrangements, photography, and entertainment coordination.

Hilltop Estate can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated receptions and up to 200 guests for cocktail-style events. Our chapel seats 100 guests comfortably, with additional standing room. For intimate weddings, we also offer smaller package options for groups of 50 or fewer.

Yes, we provide full in-house catering services with our experienced culinary team. We offer a range of menu options from formal plated dinners to buffet-style service and cocktail receptions. All menus can be customized to accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special needs.

Absolutely! Hilltop Estate is designed as a complete wedding venue. You can host your ceremony in our beautiful chapel or garden terrace, followed by your reception in our elegant reception hall. This eliminates the need for guest transportation between venues and allows you to enjoy your entire celebration in one stunning location.

To secure your date, we require a 25% deposit upon signing the contract. A further 25% is due 6 months before your wedding, another 25% at 3 months, with the final balance due 30 days before your event. We accept bank transfers and credit cards. Bookings typically open 18 months in advance.

Yes, we welcome external vendors including photographers, videographers, florists, entertainers, and celebrants. We have a preferred vendor list but you're free to choose your own. All external vendors must provide current insurance certificates and comply with our venue guidelines.

While we don't have on-site accommodation, Mount Tamborine offers numerous nearby accommodation options ranging from luxury B&Bs to holiday rentals. We provide a comprehensive list of recommended accommodation partners within a 5-10 minute drive of the venue, many offering special rates for wedding guests.

We have beautiful indoor and covered options to ensure your day proceeds smoothly regardless of weather. Our chapel provides a stunning ceremony space, and our reception hall features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views. We always have a wet weather contingency plan in place for every event.
