Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Hilltop Estate. The terms below apply to all restaurant bookings made through our website. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings
Reserving a table is free. We'll send a confirmation email with your booking details and a link you can use to cancel if your plans change.
Bookings can be made for parties of 1 to 10 guests online. For larger groups, please call us on 1300 912 765 and we'll arrange your booking directly.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before your arrival using the link in your confirmation email — no phone call required.
We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can offer the table to other guests. Where you can, please let us know at least a few hours before your booking time.
Changes to your booking
Online rescheduling is not currently available. To change your date, time, or party size, please email us at [email protected] or call 1300 912 765 at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Increases in party size are subject to availability — please let us know in advance where possible.
Arrival times & late arrivals
Please arrive at your booked time. If you're running late, call us as soon as you can. We'll hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time; after that we may need to release the table to other guests.
Tables are held for a maximum of 2 hours from your arrival time so we can welcome the next guests. If you'd like a longer dining window, please mention it when booking and we'll do our best.
No-shows
If you do not arrive and have not contacted us, your booking is treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to make future bookings with us.
Dietary requirements & allergies
Please note any dietary requirements or allergies in the special requests field when booking, or let us know in advance by email or phone. We accommodate most requirements where possible.
Severe allergies must be communicated before your arrival. While we take great care in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from a particular allergen due to shared preparation surfaces.
Children & accessibility
Children are warmly welcomed. We have high chairs available on request — please mention in your booking notes if you'll need one.
Both our Skyview Balcony and Indoor Dining areas are wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so we can ensure your table suits your requirements.
Weather & circumstances beyond our control
In the event of severe weather, power failure, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from honouring your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Outdoor seating on the Skyview Balcony is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, we will move your booking indoors where possible, subject to availability.
Photography & filming
Personal photography is welcome. For commercial photography or filming, please contact us in advance.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to decline service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe.
Privacy
We collect your name, email, phone number, and any notes you provide for the sole purpose of managing your booking and contacting you about it.
We will not share your details with third parties except where required to deliver your booking (e.g. Resend for confirmation emails).
